CEI Announces Promotion of Kelsie Bouchard to Chief Lending and Investment Officer

May 12, 2025 (Brunswick, ME) – Following a nationwide search conducted by Broadview Talent Partners, Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelsie Bouchard to the role of Chief Lending and Investment Officer.

As CEI’s Chief Lending and Investment Officer, Kelsie will lead a team of 14 deploying capital to Maine’s small business community and oversee the management of CEI’s loan and investment portfolio, which has grown to a record $78MM.

Kelsie joined CEI in 2019, focusing on loan underwriting and portfolio management and analysis. She has also managed the lending operations team and leads fundraising and operations of CEI Notes, a fixed income investment product available to accredited mission-aligned investors, since 2023.

Prior to joining CEI, she worked in risk management at Morgan Stanley in New York City, focusing primarily on counterparty, operational and new product risk in the equity derivative and secured financing businesses. Kelsie graduated with a B.S. from Syracuse University.

Kelsie grew up in Fort Kent and now lives in South Portland with her partner, Kate, and their two golden retrievers.
