Scam Smarts Workshop with CEI

In partnership with Merrymeeting Community & Adult Education, CEI is pleased to offer a free, 60-minute workshop designed to assist older Mainers, families, and caregivers in recognizing and avoiding financial scams that are far too common in recent days!

These include spotting red flags in email, phone calls, and regular mail, understanding the latest scams targeting seniors, protecting both personal and financial information, and how to escalate and report possible fraud safely and effectively.

The session will be held from 11:00am-Noon on Thursday, December 4 at the Adult Ed Center at 35 Republic Avenue in Topsham.
