About Pavan
Pavan Shinde is an Investment Analyst at CEI-Boulos Capital Management (CEI-Boulos), a real estate investment fund management company focused on delivering both competitive financial returns and measurable social impact. The firm serves banks, family offices, and institutional investors nationwide, specializing in Opportunity Zone investments and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) aligned commercial real estate projects.
As part of the CEI-Boulos investment team, Pavan supports underwriting, due diligence, and asset management across the company’s impact-driven portfolio. He assists in financial modeling, market research, and investment memo preparation for projects spanning multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and hospitality asset classes, helping ensure that each investment achieves both sound financial performance and lasting community benefit.
Before joining CEI-Boulos, Pavan worked in real estate investment and underwriting, focusing on the valuation and analysis of sale-leaseback transactions for financial institutions across the United States. He holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from Syracuse University, where he concentrated his coursework in finance and real estate and was an active member of the Finance and Economics Club.
Outside of work, Pavan enjoys staying active through running, mountain biking, swimming, and hiking. He’s also an avid chess player and keyboard enthusiast and believes that numbers often tell a story just as compelling as words.
