About Patricia

Patricia Crafts is the Office Manager at CEI Capital Management LLC (CCML) whose goal is to create and preserve jobs in rural, low-income communities across the country by providing access to flexible project capital through the Federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program and the Maine New Markets Capital Investment (NMCI) Program. CCML is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) a Maine-based community development financial institution with a mission to build just, vibrant and climate-resilient futures for people and communities in Maine and rural regions by integrating finance, business expertise and policy solutions in ways that make the economy work more equitably.

As CCML’s Office Manager, Patricia provides critical day to day management of a variety of tasks to ensure that the company operates smoothly and efficiently. She provides executive support to the CEO and CFO as well as support for the entire CCML staff. She assists with matters related to the CCML Board of Directors, CCML Board Committees and the CCML Advisory Board. In her role she coordinates travel arrangements, special events, meetings, credit card reconciliation, purchasing, incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and inquiries. Most importantly, she strives to efficiently meet the needs of those she serves, whatever the task at hand.

Patricia joined CEI as the Portland Office Assistant in 2010 before becoming the Office Manager of CCML a year later. Prior to her role as Office Manager, Patricia worked for 30 years in the health insurance field in various capacities with her last five years serving as Director of the Enrollment and Billing Department at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maine, now Anthem.
