Program Developer, Workforce Solutions

About Cameron

Cameron Monaghan is a member of CEI’s Workforce Solutions team. He works with business owners on all things related to employment. Typical advising sessions include how small businesses can improve retention, fill for vacant roles, and improve job quality by adding affordable benefits to strengthen the business and improve the economic situation of its employees.

He is interested in transition planning because he has seen the impact that a transition can have on business owners and employees alike; and the opportunity for the transition to be a positive experience if planned and executed well, or a poor experience if done without proper planning. He is also invested in this work to ensure that business continue to provide quality jobs in their community during and beyond an ownership transition.

Cameron is currently participating in the NETI Fellowship (New England Transition Initiative), which aims to provide the tools, resources, and knowledge to support successful exit planning.
