CEI, Reverse Mortgage (HECM) Counseling Platform – Registration

Please use this registration form for the registration and payment processing for CEI’s Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (Reverse Mortgage) counseling program.

CEI is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency and is Maine’s only HUD (U.S. Housing and Urban Development) certified reverse mortgage counseling provider.

Beginning October 1, 2025, the cost for counseling is $150.00 for the session. In addition to the required session, CEI also provides ongoing housing counseling assistance to potential borrowers throughout the process, as required by HUD, for no additional cost.
