About Shelly
Shelly Crowder is a senior vice president with United Fund Advisors (UFA). UFA is fund manager and financial services company that provides investment capital, asset management, advisory and consultation services for community development projects. Shelly joined UFA in 2016 and is responsible for underwriting, structuring, closing and unwinding NMTC investments. She has 31 years of experience with finance, accounting, compliance, reporting, and asset management. Prior to joining UFA, Shelly was the Director of Portfolio Management for the NMTC program at Enterprise Community Investment. Shelly currently serves on the NMTC Advisory Board for Enterprise Bank and Trust.
