About Michael
Mr. Salisbury joined the CEI Ventures team in 2025. He brings over two decades of experience in operations, finance, and organizational leadership across venture-backed startups, high-growth technology companies, and established software firms. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Operations and Accounting at Kinotek, helping guide the company from R&D to commercial launch by building scalable financial, HR, and operational systems. Previously, he led operations, finance, and HR at DAVO during its acquisition by Avalara, supporting integration efforts and significant customer growth. Earlier, he spent more than a decade in leadership roles at Quantrix. Mr. Salisbury holds a BS in Business Management (Accounting) from Thomas College and an AA in Liberal Arts from the University of Maine at Farmington.
