About Eric
Eric Jones is an Assistant Director of Asset Management at US Bank Impact Finance within the New Markets and Historic Tax Credit business line. Eric manages a team of six asset managers which specializes in HTC and twin NMTC/HTC investments. The team oversees a portfolio of tax credit equity investments, ensuring CDEs, QALICBs, and HTC developers maintain compliance with the various federal and state regulations. Prior to joining US Bank, Eric spent 5 years in the United States Navy, serving as a Signals Intelligence Officer.
