Emma Enoch

Loan and Investment Officer

About Emma

Emma Enoch is a Loan & Investment Officer at Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), and is deeply committed to community development. In her role, she incorporates her knowledge of food systems and regenerative economics to bolster initiates that uplift local and anti-racist economies. Emma’s exploration of hodology endeavors to consistently advocate for a world where prosperity and joy coexist with universal wellbeing and socially responsible living.

As a Loan & Investment Officer at CEI, Emma spends time reviewing loan applications and conducting due diligence on businesses and their great ideas.  She manages applicant and client relationships with an emphasis on client-centered, supportive, and welcoming customer service.  She understands the importance of providing accessible and inclusive financial solutions that address the unique needs of historically and presently underserved communities, while also supporting enterprises that prioritize social, environmental, and economic impact.

Emma had the privilege to serve on the State of Maine’s PFAS Fund Land Transfer Subcommittee, as well as join the 2023 Cohort of Food Solutions New England’s Network Leadership Institute.  She works across all business sectors, with a keen focus on food and agricultural enterprises.

Beyond Emma’s work with CEI, Emma spent many years rooted in work with Winooski Mutual Aid, Slow Money VT, Center for Women & Enterprise, and Food Solutions New England.  She is always looking for ways to leverage collaboration across New England in an effort to cross-pollinate communities with increased access to fulfill their goals and potential, built food sovereignty and resilience, and equitably promote economic mobility.
