Human Resources Manager

About Diana

Diana M. LeBlanc is the Human Resources Manager at Coastal Enterprises, Inc. (CEI), a Maine-based community development financial institution with a mission to build just, vibrant and climate-resilient futures for people and communities in Maine and rural regions by integrating finance, business expertise and policy solutions in ways that make the economy work more equitably. Diana serves on the SHRM Maine State Council, and as a past co-chair of the Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine. She serves as an Olympia Leader Advisor for the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute, and as a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Maine.

As CEI’s Human Resource Manager, Diana supports the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development processes of CEI. She co-chairs the Equity Leadership Team and is a member of the Community Team. She is passionate about the talent lifecycle and has been working to embed DEI practices at the core of her processes as a way to enable systems that are inclusive and conductive to tapping into and retaining great talent. Diana is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, and beginner French learner.

Prior CEI, Diana worked at Bangor Savings Bank where she learned about community banking and the work local banks to do uplift the communities they serve. Before moving to Maine, Diana was part of the team at Kansas State University where most of her time she worked at the College of Agriculture and K-State Research and Extension where she developed a passion for international agriculture development, supporting projects for capacity building in agricultural and rural communities around the world.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Emphasis in Entrepreneurship, Kansas State University.
