The variety and range of marketing options available today can be absolutely overwhelming. In this workshop, you’ll learn ways to assess and evaluate marketing opportunities and ideas as they come your way, think strategically about your marketing efforts, and make the most of your precious time, money, and other resources. We will start with a review of your target audience(s), explore creative ways to think about reaching them, introduce a decision framework to guide marketing activities toward those that will make the most impact, and workshop your current (and planned) marketing activities against that framework.
Attendee pre-work:
-Articulate top 3 target audiences
-List of current marketing/ communication activities
This workshop will be taught by Leah Hurley, Owner of Craft. Leah works with businesses and organizations to amplify their impact through a marketing and communications lens. Location: This workshop will be held in the 2nd floor conference room of the Marine Trade Center, at 2 Portland Fish Pier, where CEI’s Portland office is located.
