Leading Through Change: Building Effective and Productive Virtual Teams

If the current pandemic we are facing has taught us anything, it’s that people can work together just as well from the safety of their homes.  However, successful virtual teams do not happen magically.  Whether your team consists of you and one other employee, or a cross function of your company’s team members and external suppliers, the success of your team will depend upon intentional planning.   There are five key components that must be considered and developed in order to experience a high performing and productive virtual team.
