In this virtual 1-hour workshop, the Maine Department of Environmental Protection’s Sustainability Unit will present strategies for how to make your business more sustainable. We will discuss “closing the loop” through resource conservation and waste reduction, green purchasing, resources for reducing waste and finding material alternatives, and key recycling habits and programs.
This workshop is geared towards small businesses in a variety of sectors. A Q&A session will follow the presentation for any individuals who may want to ask industry-specific questions.
