Tax filing season is right around the corner for most small businesses. The process of getting ready can be confusing, frustrating and expensive. It does not have to be!
In this 90 minute workshop, Lynn Stover, Senior Accountant from PFBF CPA’s (http://www.pfbf.com/index.html) will share numerous, straightforward and valuable tips for organizing your company’s books and records for its year end filings, including working with your accountant, reducing tax liabilities, business expenses versus “draw”, self-employment taxes and filing extensions. Registration is required.
This is the first of 2 accounting-focused workshops presented by PFBF CPA’s and co-hosted by the Maine Small Business Development Centers at CEI. This workshop is offered for free and will be limited to the 20 registrants.
