In this 90 minute workshop you will learn the keys to being Effectively Frank™: how to more successfully and confidently communicate in the business setting.  You’ll leave with skills you can use immediately and learn how to be seen as kind and competent- even when you speak your mind.   These tools will help you grow your business, and feel good about doing it. Topics covered include:

  • Getting past the fear of “selling yourself” (even when you want to go and hide)
  • Strengthening your voice (even when you don’t feel so strong)
  • Managing conflict (even when it scares you to death)
  • How and why to ask for help (even when perfectionism gets in the way)
