If you are a small business with W2 employees and you haven’t yet applied for the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) you may be leaving money on the table. This refundable tax credit is worth up to $10,000 per employee per quarter, and you can receive ERTC and PPP (the law that prohibited you receiving them both has changed).
You are eligible for the ERTC if you have experienced a full or partial suspension of your business because of Municipal, State, or Federal orders between 3.12.20 and 6.30.21 or if you have experienced a decline in gross receipts from the same quarter in 2019. Read a little more on our CEI site here, especially regarding percent revenue loss required.
Kevin Haley and Jamie Szal from Brann & Isaacson will join us to talk all things ERTC. We’ll answer some common questions about eligibility, timing and process. We’ll also leave plenty of time for Q&A.
We strongly encourage you to attend the live webinar so you can ask questions, but we will record this session. You do need to register in order to receive a copy of the recording.
