Don’t React to Change; Drive it!

The pandemic continues to impact our lives, both personally and professionally. As we pivot and adapt, how do we influence outcomes going into the new year?

In this 4-series workshop facilitated by Tara Paluck, we will explore how major changes impact us personally, our business, our products, and our customers. We will identify and acknowledge these changes and plan a course of action to proactively turn changes into opportunities.

Tara formerly served in the Business Transformation Office for JPMorgan Chase where she focused on consumer-driven initiatives, including product development, new distribution channel development, operations, and digital and technology-based change and implementation.
