This class was originally scheduled for Monday, February 2nd, and has been rescheduled for Monday, March 2nd.
Simply having a website isn’t enough. Being found online is important for anyone with a website. This workshop will cover some simple search engine optimization (SEO) principles and basic elements that website owners can implement to increase their online visibility. We’ll cover content, meta information, tools for checking rank and indexing potential, and tips to boost your chances of coming up on Google’s Search Engine Results Page. We’ll also cover the value of links and social media, and evaluate the actual websites of attendees.
Who should attend? Artists with an existing website who want to learn how to increase their search engine results, and be more “find-able” online.
It takes a village! This class is being offered as a collaboration between the Women’s Business Center at CEI, and the Five Rivers Arts Alliance. The class is hosted by the Centre Street Arts Gallery, and expertly facilitated by Mill Cove Partners.
