About Kate: Before founding Lanman Rayne in 2011, Kate Rayne was employed at a local accounting firm, assisting clients with tax planning and tax return preparation. Kate uses her tax knowledge, as well as her experience growing her own business, to advise business clients on matters ranging from business formation and corporate counsel to estate and succession planning. In all aspects of her work, Kate is dedicated to working with her clients to find the creative solutions that best fit their needs.
