Hooray – you know what brand experience you need to create and you can articulate how it looks and feels! How do you really bring it to life as a 360 degree experience? How do you make it permeate your company and interactions with your customers, so that they can’t help but notice and love you?
In this session: Use both Operation Map, and Customer Journey tools to identify opportunities to bring your brand to life. Prioritize the most impactful touch points, and prototype ideas for how they can be.
