About Nancy
Nancy Gephart is SVP of Investments at CEI-Boulos Capital Management, a boutique real estate investment fund management company focused on delivering both competitive financial returns and social impact.
She leads deal origination for CEI-Boulos funds across the country and serves as a managing director of their fund focused on the Philadelphia metro area. Prior to this role she was a partner and led the capital markets team at Shift Capital, a social impact real estate developer with roughly $400MM of real estate throughout the Mid-Atlantic. She also previously worked on the lending team at Capital Impact Partners, for the Michigan Social Venture Fund, and a public-private partnership with the World Wildlife Fund in Lao PDR. Nancy received her BA from Williams College and MBA and MS from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
