Cumulative Impact

As of September 30, 2015, CEI Notes has approved 59 loans for a total of $6.49 million. The following summarizes the impact of the portfolio:

  • ownership/asset development for 16 women and minorities;
  • 155 units of affordable housing;
  • access to quality childcare and early childhood education for 192 low income families;
  • services for more than 650 low income clients with mental and developmental disabilities;
  • services for at least 128 at-risk adolescents

Environmental Benefit

  • new construction/green buildings
  • rehabilitation of historic downtown properties consistent with smart growth principles; removal of hazardous materials
  • certified green cleaning of 2.25 million square feet of commercial space
