  2. Name some expenses that you incur which reflect your values and priorities well.
  3. Name some expenses that you incur which do not necessarily reflect your values and priorities.
  4. What is the difference between assets and income? Is it enough to simply make a lot of money?
  5. Give an example of how someone could have high income, but be “poor” (that is, low wealth or assets).
  6. Give some reasons why paying down debt may be a wise financial decision.
  7. Give some reasons why cleaning up credit may be a wise financial decision.

Exercise 1: For 10 minutes, write about what you think your life would be like when you hit the balance of having “enough.” Describe what things you would have, how much effort it would require to pay for and maintain them, and how you would feel different than you do in your life now.
