Affordable Housing

Established in 1989, CEI's Housing Program increases affordable housing opportunities for people with lower incomes by creating, constructing, rehabilitating and managing affordable housing; helping people build assets through homeownership; providing housing education and counseling; and developing targeted programs and housing advocacy networks to support Maine people. Also see our philosophy and programs section of the website to learn more about our views on creating and maintaining affordable housing.
