Information: From the South: From the Maine Turnpike, take exit 44 to Route 295 Take Exit 4 off 295 to Commercial Street/ Portland Waterfront. After exiting, bear right at first set of lights, following road to Waterfront. Go through the first set of lights and turn right at the next set of lights. This is Portland Fish Pier. Marine Trade Center is the last building on the road. Parking is available in the short-term parking area next to the building, or on the small circle just before it. CEI is on the second floor - Suite 201 From the North: From Route 295, take the Franklin Arterial exit (#7, Route 1 A,) proceeding straight through the traffic light and then through several other lights, up a hill, past Congress Street, and down the hill on the other side to Commercial Street - turn right. Proceed on Commercial Street through two lights until you see a sign for the Portland Fish Pier on the left, and Center Street on the right. Turn left and Marine Trade Center is the last building on the road. Parking is available in the short-term parking area next to the building, or on the small circle just before it. CEI is on the second floor - Suite 206.
