  The First-Time Homebuyer Seminar is a two-day Homeownership Education Course, on Saturday, June 8 & 15.

  The purpose of the Homeownership Education Course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home. Seminar topics include: evaluating your credit; what price home you can afford; budgeting and money management; selecting and working with a real estate agent; home inspections; types of available mortgages, including Maine Housing, VA, Rural Development; as well as the closing process and post-closing considerations.

  Participants must complete both sessions and will receive a Certificate of Completion. The non-refundable cost of the two-session seminar is $30/person, $50/couple.

  *Please note: Deadline for registrations is May 31st. Space is limited, so prepayment is required to reserve your seat.

  The First-Time Homebuyer Seminar is a four-evening Homeownership Education Course, on Mondays & Wednesdays, June 17, 19, 24 & 26.

  The purpose of the Homeownership Education Course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.
