Our program provides comprehensive housing services that include:

Housing development services:
- CEI staff is available to help plan your development project, coordinate with your design team and shepherd your project through the planning and permitting, contractor procurement and construction process. We also provide technical assistance services on an extensive or limited basis.

Multifamily housing finance opportunities:
- CEI offers short-term first position and subordinate finance opportunities for buyers and developers of housing properties serving low and moderate-income people.

Housing counseling:
- CEI is a full-service Housing Counseling Agency, certified since 1996 by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Homeownership education:
- CEI is an affiliated hoMEworks educator, helping people prepare for and be well-informed about the process of buying a home.
