Qualifications: Highly motivated individual with strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, or related subject or equivalent experience (least three years). Technical expertise regarding data modeling and database management. Ability to understand file relationships and database systems. Advanced computer literacy skills and keyboard proficiency to operate in multiple windows and manipulate files. Report writing skills, detail operational and processing knowledge, development procedures, and defining user requirements preferred. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Work, Access, and Microsoft Excel and basic PowerPoint skills preferred. Analytical ability to integrate and interpret data from diverse sources to identify solutions. Must be able to analyze reports, notice discrepancies, prepare analyses and provide statistical productivity data to program staff and managers. Demonstrate abilities in analytical thinking leading to the formulation of independent decisions and recommendations. Competence with basic financial reports with a strong and demonstrated strategic and financial analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities: Collection, input and monitoring of data work products. Lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment; create and run queries against disparate databases, aggregating and analyzing data specific to various program requirements, with subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by management. Assist with developing business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reporting for various organizational programs. Perform accurate and timely completion of specified compliance reports. Monitor ongoing compliance with key funding agreements and regular reports of compliance status to Senior Management.
